Babies get more enjoyment out of the box rather than what was inside, although in this case that's a good thing as there were only nappies in this box!

Just Horsing Around......

This is my new friend Mr Horse! This was at Makoura Lodge while we were away celebrating Grandad's 70th birthday (man that's old). I was quite fascinated with the horses.

9 Month Plunket Visit

I had this the other day and all is good! I'm a healthy 9.7kgs (which is about 21lbs for all you oldies) and I'm 72cms long, yet more clothing for Mum to buy. I have 3 teeth (2 top and 1 bottom) and am crawling around very fast now. I can walk around the furniture very well and am just starting to let go ever so slightly. I'm also very good a pushing things around and walking my walker around (with me on the outside that is). I have a wooden trolley that I can put stuff in and walk behind but haven't really got into that just yet. Pip (that's the plunket nurse) was very impressed with my developement and kept giving me little tasks to do, which of course were easy. I love playing with doors, chasing the cat, pulling the books off the bookself and playing with that lovely infra red spot on the bottom of the mouse. I can throw my toys in the bath, am good at pushing a tower of blocks over and just love playing peek-a-boo. I really like my food and am pretty much eating what Mum and Dad have now, although sometimes it's a bit mashed up for me. I also sit in the little seat in the shopping trolley which is heaps of fun and everyone talks to me, and it's fun dropping things over the side coz Mum will pick them up for me. I'm just one very happy contented smiley baby really!
